You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Semester 1 – Foundations of Management
- Introduction to Organizational Management – principles, theories, and organizational structures.
- Strategic Management – planning and decision-making at organizational level.
- Human Resource Management – recruitment, training, motivation, and team development.
- Research Methods & Academic Writing – tools for analysis, reporting, and thesis preparation.
- Elective 1 – options such as Leadership Skills, Business Ethics, or Public Administration.
This semester builds a strong foundation in management theory, organizational processes, and research skills.
Semester 2 – Applied Management and Administration
- Operational Management – optimizing processes, workflows, and resources.
- Project and Program Management – planning, executing, and controlling projects.
- Organizational Behavior – understanding team dynamics and improving workplace culture.
- Decision-Making and Problem-Solving – analytical tools and practical techniques.
- Elective 2 – options such as Change Management, Conflict Resolution, or Performance Management.
Students apply theory to practical management challenges, developing skills to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
Semester 3 – Capstone and Master Thesis
- Management Simulation / Applied Project – hands-on project simulating organizational management scenarios.
- Strategic Leadership and Organizational Development – advanced skills in leadership and long-term planning.
- Emerging Trends in Management – innovations, digital transformation, and best practices.
- Master Thesis / Applied Research Project – research or practical project demonstrating mastery in organizational management.
This semester allows students to integrate their learning, lead projects, and complete their thesis.
