Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1 – Foundations of Robotics & Computing
Programming Fundamentals (Python / C++), Mathematics for Engineers (Calculus, Linear Algebra), Physics & Electrical Circuits, Introduction to Robotics & Automation, Information Technologies & Tools, Foreign / Ukrainian Language.
In your first year, you’ll learn the basics of programming, robotics, and engineering — laying the groundwork for building and controlling smart machines.

Year 2 – Core Robotics & Control Systems
Digital & Analog Electronics, Signals and Systems, Control Theory Basics, Embedded Systems & Microcontrollers, Computer-Aided Design & Simulation, Applied Mathematics & Statistics.
The second year is about understanding electronic systems and control theory, giving you the skills to make robots move and respond accurately.

Year 3 – Advanced Robotic Systems
Industrial & Service Robotics, Computer-Integrated Robotic Systems, Automation & Process Optimization, Networked Control Systems / IoT Integration. Electives (e.g., Mechatronics, Advanced Signal Processing, AI for Robotics).
You’ll design and integrate robotic systems, optimize automated processes, and start working on real-world robotics projects.

Year 4 – Practical Experience & Capstone Project
Intelligent Robotic Systems & AI, Robotics in Industry & Aerospace, Pre-diploma Internship / Practical Training, Bachelor’s Thesis / Capstone Project. Advanced Electives (e.g., Industrial IoT, Robotics Simulation & Testing).
Your final year is hands-on: building intelligent robots, completing an internship, and finalizing a capstone project to showcase your skills to future employers.

Overview

This program trains you to design and program advanced robotic systems and integrated complexes. You’ll study how to build, control, and optimize robots – working with microcontrollers, control algorithms, embedded systems, and IoT‑enabled robotic platforms.
