| Entry qualification | The Bachelor's degree diploma is required. Compulsory entrance exam. The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Semester 1 – Foundations of Law
- Introduction to Jurisprudence – principles, history, and philosophy of law.
- Civil Law – concepts, rights, obligations, and case studies.
- Criminal Law – legal principles, offenses, and procedural aspects.
- Research Methods & Legal Writing – skills for legal research, analysis, and thesis preparation.
- Elective 1 – options such as International Law, Administrative Law, or Legal Ethics.
This semester provides a strong foundation in legal theory, civil and criminal law, and research skills.
Semester 2 – Applied Legal Skills
- Administrative and Constitutional Law – governance, state structures, and legal frameworks.
- International Law and Comparative Law – understanding cross-border legal systems and international agreements.
- Legal Practice and Case Studies – analyzing real-world legal cases and applying jurisprudence principles.
- Legal Drafting and Documentation – preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Elective 2 – options such as Corporate Law, Environmental Law, or Human Rights Law.
Students apply theory to practical legal problems and gain experience in drafting, analysis, and case management.
Semester 3 – Capstone and Master Thesis
- Applied Legal Project / Simulation – hands-on projects simulating courtroom, advisory, or legal consultancy scenarios.
- Emerging Trends in Jurisprudence – studying contemporary issues, legal innovations, and digital law.
- Strategic Legal Analysis – advanced skills in interpreting laws and managing complex legal cases.
- Master Thesis / Applied Research Project – research or practical project demonstrating mastery in jurisprudence.
This semester integrates all learning, allowing students to apply legal skills in real situations and complete their thesis.
