1. General training cycle: Practical Foreign Language Course for Business Communication; Fundamentals of Scientific Research; Managerial Decision Making.
2. Professional training cycle: Strategic Management; HR management technologies; Business Management and Administration; Business Management and Administration. Course Work; Digital strategies in business; Project Management; Practical Financial Instruments in Management; Practice; Completion of Master's Dissertation.
Object of study: management and administration of industrial enterprises and their divisions. Training goals: training of specialists who possess strategic thinking, are able to identify, solve complex tasks and problems, make effective management decisions and produce innovations in the field of management and business administration of industrial enterprises.
Theoretical content of the subject area:
– regularities of scientific knowledge, methodology of scientific research in management;
– modern theories of strategic management;
– theoretical and methodological provisions of business management and administration;
– laws and principles of development management;
– concepts of personnel, project and financial management;
– technologies for making managerial decisions and developing innovative business strategies.
Methods, techniques and technologies:
– general scientific and specific research methods (calculation-analytical, economic-statistical, economic-mathematical, expert evaluation);
– methods of implementing management functions (methods of economic diagnostics; methods of forecasting and planning; methods of motivation; methods of evaluating organizational and economic efficiency in management);
– management methods (administrative, economic, socio-psychological, technological);
– technologies for justifying management decisions (economic analysis, modeling, decision tree).
Tools and equipment: modern information and communication equipment, information systems and software products used in management and business administration.

Training of highly qualified specialists in the field of management and business administration who are capable of solving practical problems and specialized complex tasks related to the competitive development of enterprises in the context of digital transformation, global challenges, and the formation of a high-tech economy, in line with the strategic priorities of Igor Sikorsky KPI for 2025–2030.
Object of Study: Management of organizations and their subdivisions, including industrial enterprises.
Learning Objectives: To train specialists capable of solving practical problems and complex specialized tasks characterized by complexity and uncertainty in the field of management of organizations and their subdivisions.
Theoretical Content of the Subject Area:
- Paradigms, laws, regularities, principles, and historical prerequisites of management development;
- Concepts of systems, situational, adaptive, anticipatory, crisis, innovation, and project management;
- Functions, methods, technologies, and managerial decision-making in management.
Methods, Methodologies, and Technologies:
- General scientific and specific research methods (computational and analytical, economic and statistical, economic and mathematical, expert assessment, factual, sociological, documentary, balance methods, etc.);
- Methods for implementing management functions (methods of marketing research, economic diagnostics, forecasting and planning, organizational structure design, motivation, control, and evaluation of social, organizational, and economic efficiency in management);
- Management methods (administrative, economic, socio-psychological, and technological);
- Technologies for substantiating managerial decisions (economic analysis, simulation modeling, decision trees, etc.).
