Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Semester 1 – Foundations of Innovation and Management
- Principles of Innovation Management – introduction to innovation theories and practices.
- Strategic Management – organizational strategy and decision-making processes.
- Project Management Fundamentals – planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Business Economics – basic economic principles for managing innovation projects.
- Research Methods & Academic Writing – tools for thesis preparation and analysis.
- Elective 1 – options such as Digital Technologies, Entrepreneurship, or Creative Thinking.
This semester provides a strong foundation in management, innovation, and business thinking.

Semester 2 – Advanced Innovation and Applied Skills
- Product and Service Innovation – designing and implementing new products or services.
- Technology and Innovation Management – using modern tools to manage innovation processes.
- Organizational Change and Leadership – leading teams and managing change effectively.
- Innovation Project Planning and Evaluation – planning, budgeting, and assessing innovation initiatives.
- Elective 2 – options such as Startups & Entrepreneurship, Lean Management, or Sustainable Innovation.
Students apply theory to practice, managing projects and learning to drive innovation in organizations.

Semester 3 – Capstone and Master Thesis
- Innovation Simulation / Applied Project – hands-on simulation of managing innovation projects.
- Strategic Innovation & Business Development – integrating innovation into business strategies.
- Emerging Trends in Innovation Management – exploring global trends, digitalization, and technology adoption.
- Master Thesis / Applied Research Project – conducting research or practical project demonstrating mastery in innovation management.
This semester integrates learning, allowing students to apply their skills in real projects and complete a thesis.

Overview

The program trains students to lead and manage innovation processes in companies or organisations. Students learn project management, strategic planning, creative problem-solving, and how to implement new products, services, or business processes. The program develops a practical, entrepreneurial, and innovative mindset to drive change and growth in dynamic industries.
