Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and specialty exam.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1
Semester 1: International Trade Operations & Incoterms; Customs Regulation & Trade Compliance (UA/EU); International Trade Law & Contracts (offers, payments, disputes); Logistics & Global Supply Chains (freight, warehousing, 3PL/4PL); Research Methods & Academic Writing; Business English for Trade & Negotiations
Semester 2: International Finance for Trade (FX, hedging, L/C, trade insurance); Market Entry & Export Strategy (partner selection, GTM); Global Sourcing & Procurement (audits, quality, ESG); Data Analytics & BI for FEA (dashboards, KPIs, forecasts); ERP/CRM for Export Management (process automation); Applied Case / Mini-Internship

Year 2
Semester 3:
- Electives (choose 2–3): E-commerce Cross-Border; Tenders (B2G/B2B); Risk in Trade; Intercultural Management & Negotiations; Sustainability/ESG in Supply Chains
- Research Seminar → Master’s Thesis & Defense

Overview

Learn to design and run organizations across different sectors—manufacturing, services, IT, and public/NGO—using modern management, analytics, and process tools.
Study strategy and operations, finance and performance control, HR and leadership, business process management (BPMN), and digital transformation (ERP/CRM, BI, project tools).
Practice on real cases and an applied master’s thesis focused on sector-specific challenges such as scaling operations, quality systems, compliance, and sustainability.
Main edge: a sector-adaptive management track—you gain a solid core in strategy/operations plus configurable modules by economic activity, with strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and digital tools inside a technical-university ecosystem.
