| Entry qualification | The Bachelor's degree diploma is required. Compulsory entrance exam. The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Semester 1 – Foundations of Practical Psychology
- Introduction to Practical Psychology – key theories, history, and applications.
- Cognitive and Behavioral Psychology – understanding human thought, learning, and behavior.
- Psychological Assessment Methods – tools and techniques for evaluating personality and mental states.
- Research Methods & Academic Writing – skills for analysis, reporting, and thesis preparation.
- Elective 1 – options such as Developmental Psychology, Social Psychology, or Educational Psychology.
This semester provides a strong foundation in psychology theory, human behavior, and research skills.
Semester 2 – Applied Psychological Skills
- Counseling and Psychotherapy Techniques – methods for providing support and guidance.
- Organizational and Workplace Psychology – improving performance, motivation, and employee well-being.
- Clinical and Health Psychology – understanding mental health, stress management, and intervention techniques.
- Psychological Project / Case Studies – practical application of theory to real-life scenarios.
- Elective 2 – options such as Conflict Resolution, Coaching Psychology, or Positive Psychology.
Students apply psychological theories in practice, helping individuals, groups, and organizations.
Semester 3 – Capstone and Master Thesis
- Applied Psychology Project / Simulation – hands-on projects simulating counseling, organizational, or clinical scenarios.
- Emerging Trends in Practical Psychology – new methods, digital tools, and evidence-based practices.
- Leadership, Ethics, and Professional Development – developing professional skills and ethical practice.
- Master Thesis / Applied Research Project – research or practical project demonstrating mastery in practical psychology.
This semester integrates learning, allowing students to apply skills in real projects and complete their thesis.
Overview
The program trains students to apply psychological theories and methods to solve real-world personal, social, and organizational problems. Students learn psychological assessment, counseling techniques, behavioral analysis, psychotherapy methods, and research skills.
