Entrance Exam Description

The tests are expected to ensure entrant’s base level in language and certain disciplines is up to national standards.

Exams are taken online. I order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on Academy’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1 — Foundations
- Introduction to Specialty; Principles of Accounting; Financial Accounting I; Business Reporting basics.
- Quant/IT support (e.g., Decision Models & Methods in analysis/audit); Intro to Management Information Systems.

Year 2 — Core Accounting & Reporting
- Financial Accounting II; Organization of Accounting; Accounting in Small Business; Accounting in Foreign Countries.
- Enterprise Reporting; Public-sector track: Accounting in Budgetary Institutions.

Year 3 — Management Accounting, Analysis & Control
- Management (Cost) Accounting; Internal (In-house) Control; Controlling; Strategic Analysis; Theory of Economic Analysis;
- Organization & Methods of Economic Analysis; Computer Audit; “1C: Enterprise / 1C: Accounting” (accounting IS practice).

Year 4 — Taxation, Audit, Forensics & Specialisation
- Tax System; Tax Management; Accounting & Reporting in Taxation; State Financial Control; Organization of Budget Execution;
- Audit; Methodology & Organization of Audit; International Standards of Accounting & Auditing;
- Forensic/Expertise track: Accounting Expertise; Accounting & Forensic Examination; Property Valuation & Expertise; Budget Expertise & Analysis;
- International/Economic-security angle via department’s specialization (“economic security & financial investigations”).

Capstone, Practice & Career Prep
Practical training placements (department lists practice bases), diploma/thesis based on applied analysis/audit/tax topics; roles align with accountant, tax specialist, internal controller/auditor across private/public sectors.
