The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
The tests are expected to ensure entrant’s base level in language and certain disciplines is up to national standards.
Exams are taken online. I order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on Academy’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Year 1 (Semesters 1–2) — Advanced core + electives
- General/Research block (compulsory): Foreign Language for Professional Use; Methodology of Scientific Research & Academic Integrity; Diagnostics & Modelling of Economic Processes; Ukrainian for Professional Purposes.
- Professional block (compulsory): Human Development; Strategic Management; Motivation of Personnel; Scientific Research in HR Management; Project Management; Personnel Management (with coursework).
- Electives (choose from lists): Financial Management; Modern Economic Theories; Quality Assurance System; Corporate Social Responsibility of Business; Global Economy; Innovative Development of Enterprise; HR Service; Consolidation of Financial Statements; Marketing by Sectors; HR Development; Manager’s Work Organization; Budget Management; HR Management Technologies; Personnel Marketing; Insurance Management; Intellectual Business; Financial Risk Management; Media Planning. (Most electives are scheduled in Semester 2.)
Year 2 (Semester 3) is not classroom-taught: it’s dedicated to:
- Pre-diploma (master’s) practice — at a host organisation.
- Master’s thesis — with research supervision, seminar/consultations, and final defense.
No new lecture courses are scheduled in Year 2; the focus is applied practice and completing the thesis.
Overview
