Entrance Exam Description

During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

Year 1 – Building Foundations
Build a strong scientific foundation and start connecting theory with real-world pharmacy practice.
- Advanced Pharmaceutical Chemistry – understand the chemistry behind medicines.
- Pharmaceutical Analysis – learn to test and ensure medicine quality.
- Clinical Pharmacy Basics – introduction to patient care.
- Professional Ethics & Pharmacy Law – learn your responsibilities as a pharmacist.

Year 2 – Applied Science & Practice
Apply your knowledge in practical settings and gain real pharmacy experience.
- Pharmacology & Pharmacotherapy – how medicines work in the body.
- Biopharmacy / Pharmacokinetics – understand drug absorption and movement.
- Quality Control of Medicines – ensure medicines are safe and effective.
- Pharmacy Practice / Internships – first hands-on experience in pharmacies.

Year 3 – Specialization & Advanced Training
Start shaping your career path, gain advanced skills, and choose areas of interest.
- Hospital / Community Pharmacy Internship – more in-depth practical training.
- Advanced Drug Technology – learn how different dosage forms are developed.
- Patient Counselling & Pharmaceutical Care – help patients use medicines safely.
- Electives / Special Subjects – explore toxicology, molecular biology, clinical nutrition, or regulatory affairs.

Final Months (Thesis / Project)
Demonstrate your knowledge and research skills, preparing for professional or academic work.
- Research Project or Thesis – complete a scientific or practical study.
Present and defend your findings.
