Entrance Exam Description

The tests are expected to ensure entrant’s base level in language and certain disciplines is up to national standards.

Exams are taken online. I order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on Academy’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.

Program Structure

1st Year:
Students study the foundations of modern public administration, public policy, strategic management, economics, administrative law, public finance, leadership, governance systems, and organizational management. The program also includes analytical research methods, communication skills, and practical case studies in public sector management.

2nd Year:
The second year focuses on advanced public governance, policy implementation, crisis and project management, digital governance, international public administration practices, internships, and preparation of the master’s qualification thesis. Students develop practical leadership and decision-making skills required for professional careers in government, public institutions, and international organizations.

The program prepares future leaders and management professionals for effective work in government institutions, public organizations, and international administrative structures. The program combines advanced studies in public policy, strategic management, governance, law, economics, and public sector administration with practical training, analytical research, and leadership development. Students gain modern managerial competencies required for decision-making, policy implementation, public service management, and organizational leadership in contemporary public administration systems.
