NMU Holds Meeting with Educational Program Guarantors

A meeting dedicated to monitoring the implementation of educational programs at the first (Bachelor’s) and second (Master’s) levels of higher education was held at Bogomolets National Medical University. Participants discussed current issues related to quality assurance in higher education, the updating of educational programs in accordance with new regulatory requirements, the preliminary results of educational program accreditations conducted during the 2025/2026 academic year, and the specifics of preparing for accreditation procedures in the upcoming academic year.

The meeting was attended by staff members of the Department of Academic and Methodological Affairs, Licensing and Accreditation, led by Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs and Educational Work, Professor Oleh Vlasenko, as well as representatives of NMU institutes and faculties who serve as guarantors of educational programs. During the discussion, particular emphasis was placed on the challenges associated with the transition to new specialty classification codes and the specific features of managing different versions of educational programs.

A separate segment of the meeting was devoted to ensuring that documentation complies with current legislation. Participants discussed issues related to post-accreditation monitoring, the preparation of self-assessment materials, and maintaining the transparency and accuracy of information on educational programs published on the University’s official website.

An indicative accreditation schedule for the 2026/2027 academic year was also presented. In addition, representatives of the University’s structural units were introduced to the requirements of Order No. 448 dated May 25, 2026, “On Monitoring the Implementation of Educational Programs for the 2026/2027 Academic Year.”
