By decision of the Committee for the State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology, a Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been awarded to a young scientist, and the payment of scholarships has been extended for another researcher of Bogomolets National Medical University.

The monthly scholarships of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine are awarded on a competitive basis to support young researchers who conduct successful scientific investigations and have achieved significant research results.

Young scientists of our University have repeatedly become winners of this nationwide competition and, accordingly, recipients of the Scholarships of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

According to Decision No. 2 of the Committee for the State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology, dated May 18, 2026, the Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine was awarded to Andrii Yanchyshyn, Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Descriptive and Clinical Anatomy. The young researcher serves as Head of the Medical and Biological Division of the Society of Young Scientists, Postgraduate Students, and Specialists of our University. Recently, he successfully defended his PhD dissertation, which focused on the structural and biochemical changes of the heart in an experimental model of acute exogenous poisoning.

In addition, by decision of the Committee for the State Prizes of Ukraine in Science and Technology, the Scholarship of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been extended for another young researcher of our University — Mykola Yasynetskyi, Associate Professor of the Department of Urology.
