Starting September 1, 2026, Bogomolets National Medical University launches the Individual Practice-Oriented Educational Pathway (IPOT) at the NMU University Clinic.
Senior-year Medicine and Dentistry students will get more hands-on experience through lectures, interactive classes, and work with patients β while building their own professional pathway with the support of clinical mentors. π
The future mentors have already completed specialized training in modern mentoring, clinical reasoning, Workplace Learning, feedback, assessment, reflection, ethics, and psychological safety.
The next step is to bring trained clinical practitioners into the mentoring process and launch IPOT in practice.
