Document Requirements
I. PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS:
- It has to be international passport;
- Must be valid for the entire period of stay in Ukraine;
- Must be valid for at least three months beyond the last day of intended stay in Ukraine and should not be older than 10 years;
- Must have a proper appearance with no damage, especially the page with personal data, photo and special barcode.
II. EDUCATION DOCUMENTS REQUIREMENTS:
- Admission to the Foundation Year (preparatory program) applicants have to provide the Completed Secondary Education certificate as a previous study document;
- Admission to the Bachelor's program (undergraduate, 1st level of higher education) - the Completed Secondary Education is required;
- To apply for a higher year of study (starting from the 2nd year), you typically need to apply as a transfer student providing additionally an original Academic records transcript;

- Admission to the Master's program (postgraduate, 2nd level of higher education) - a bachelor’s degree or a specialist’s degree is required;
- Admission to Postgraduate & Doctoral Studies (levels of academic trainings) - Master’s degree (specialist) is required.
Please NOTE!
- Your personal data (especially name, surname, birth date and year) in the above-mentioned documents has to be the same is in your international passport. In case of any differences – the Affidavit has to be provided.
- Before enrolling in studies, educational documents must be certified in their country of origin (legalization or apostille), and translated into Ukrainian with subsequent notarization.
III. LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS TO OBTAIN INVITATION TO STUDY
- Passport or a document certifying a stateles person (page with a personal data);
- A document (original and copy) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which admission is made;
- An appendix (original and copy) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which the admission is carried out;
- Academic records transcript (in case of transfer/ renewal, starting from the 2nd year);
- Photo (600x800 px, file size no more than 1MB);
- Residence card (if permanent residence differs from the citizenship).
Please NOTE!
- At the stage of preparing an invitation to study, only documents issued in English are accepted for consideration without providing a translation into Ukrainian.
- All scans of the documents have to be made of original ones and be a good quality.
- Passport & Education documents must catch the requirements provided above.
- Please note to submit a photo please use a JPG format.
- Please note that if you need to submit more documents at once or the one type of the document consists from more than one page, combine several documents into one PDF file (for example, an educational document and its annex).
IV. LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS FOR ENROLLMENT
1. Application form (provided by University);
2. A document (original and copy) on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which admission is made, during the first semester of study, it recognition (nostrification) is carried out;
3. An appendix (original and copy) to the document on the previously obtained educational (educational qualification) level on the basis of which the admission is carried out;
NOTE!
- Education documents must be certified in their country of origin (legalization or apostille), and translated into Ukrainian with subsequent notarization (unless otherwise provided for by international agreements).
- In particular, documents for admission to a certain level of education – please see the above mention item II regarding education documents requirements.
4. Copy of the international passport or a document certifying a stateless person (the origin is presented) with visa (Type D);
NOTE!
- Copies must be translated into Ukrainian with subsequent notarization.
5. Health insurance policy, unless otherwise provided by international treaties of Ukraine:
- a general health medical certificate issued not earlier that two months prior to the arrival for studying in Ukraine;
- an emergency medical insurance (except foreign citizens who arrived from the countries, which have a preliminary agreement with Ukraine on free emergency medical care);
6. A copy of the birth certificate;
7. 8 photographs 30 x 40 mm in size (color, matte);
8. A copy of the signed statement of consent to the processing of personal data.
9. In case you are applying for postgraduate & doctoral studies (levels of academic trainings):
- Research proposal of the applicant with a visa of the head of the department and a written opinion of the supervisor;
- A list of published scientific papers and inventions certified by the head of the department at the place of training (as well as photocopies of 2-3 publications) with the review of the supervisor. The list should include publications in professional journals and publications registered in scientometric databases.
10. Power of Attoney on the name of a trusted person (original and certified) - 2 copies.
NOTE!
- Power of Attoney is equired in case of a distance entrance exam format.
- Power of Attoney must be certified in the country of origin (legalization or apostille), and translated into Ukrainan with subsequent notarization (unless otherwise provided for by international agreements).
- To translate the documents into Ukrainian with subsequent notarization it is possible only to be ficically in Ukraine. In this case, you might to have a confident person who will help you to hangle all the admission requirements process.
