Distance exam requirements
Here are some steps that you have to follow to catch the distance entrance exam requirements:
STEP 1. To get invitation to study.
Note!
- The invitation is valid for 6th months from the date of issue.
- The invitation has to be valid for admission process until enrollment.
STEP 2. To prepare the needed documents according to the requirements and ship them to Ukraine.
Note!
- Please follow the section “Documents requirements” (point IV “The list of the documents for enrollment”).
- Prepare documents must be sent to the Ukraine using international mail services. Shipping details will be communicated during the organization process.
- The original documents, such as: passport and education certificate(-s), you must personally submit to the University upon arrival for study after the first crossing of the state border of Ukraine.
- Upon receiving, the required documents will be translated into Ukrainian with subsequent notarization by the trusted person on a rights of provided power attorney.
STEP 3. To submit the documents to Admissions Committee of the University.
Note!
- The trusted person on the rights of provided power of attorney will submit your documents and arrange related services upon your name.
STEP 4. Distance entrance exam process.
Note!
- You will be notified of the date, time, and location of the distance entrance exam after the Admissions Committee of the University approve your documents.
- To begin the exam, the university identifies the applicant and then conducts the exam using a video conferencing platform.
- The video recording of the entrance exam is stored at the University for 5 years, and a link to this recording is entered into the Unified Database of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
STEP 5. To sign a contract and pay tuition fee.

- The trusted person will help you to do it on your behalf, based on the rights granted by the provided power of attorney.
