| Entry qualification | The Bachelor's degree diploma is required. Compulsory entrance exam. The entry qualification documents are accepted in English (except for documents issued in Ukraine upon completion of studies at local educational institutions) . In most cases you can request a suitable transcript from your school. If this is not the case, you will need official translations along with verified copies of the original. You must take the original & legalized (according to the international agreements) entry qualification documents along with you when you finally enter the university. |

Entrance Exam Description
During the selection process we examine the competency of the applicant in two ways:
The faculty decides about the eligibility of the applicant by examining the documents of previous studies (degree, subject, results). This is followed by an entrance exams that evaluate the level of study-language and basic subjects depends on speciality.
The exams can be conducted online. In order to validate the entrant’s person, exams taken remotely are recorded on video, as is the person verification process. The recording is archived for at least five years on University’s grounds and the link to that recording is available in the united base of Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
Program Structure
Semester 1 – Foundations of Decorative Arts
The first semester introduces students to the world of decorative arts, building a strong foundation in both theory and practice.

- Art Theory and Aesthetics – fundamentals of visual perception, design principles, and art philosophy.
- Basic Techniques in Decorative Art – hands-on study of painting, drawing, sculpture, and material manipulation.
Semester 2 – Advanced Techniques and Professional Practice
Students develop their professional skills and begin working on independent creative projects.
- Advanced Artistic Techniques – specialized workshops in ceramics, textile, metalwork, and woodwork.
- Digital Tools for Arts and Design – using technology to create, plan, and visualize projects.
- Art Project Management – organizing creative projects, exhibitions, and workshops.
Semester 3 – Specialization and Electives
Students develop their professional skills and begin working on independent creative projects.
- Contemporary Decorative Art – modern trends, experimental techniques, and contemporary materials.
- Creative Workshop / Studio Practice – intensive practical work in chosen mediums.
- Electives – such as art restoration, textile design, or decorative composition.
Semester 4 – Master’s Thesis and Professional Practice
The final term emphasizes applying learned skills in real-world projects and completing a major artistic or research project, preparing students for professional or educational careers.
- Professional Artistic Practice – exhibitions, workshops, or collaborative projects.
- Master’s Thesis / Creative Project – a significant artistic or research project demonstrating mastery of decorative arts and crafts.
